The week of Dec. 19 was quiet in Bellevue.

The exception to that came on Christmas Eve.  Former President for Life Epes and his Bride turned the corner onto the 1300 block of Nottoway and found two males trying to get into a car.  The two hiked off.  Minutes later, Chuck & Debbie found the same two in the 1300 block of Avondale.  The police did not come in time to catch our visitors.

Chuck and Debbie patrolled beyond their 90 minutes just to be sure that the pair would feel unwelcome in Bellevue.

In the meantime Mr. Kreger of Code Enforcement took care of the seven examples of alley foliage and the like that Capt. Winnie had called in to him.

Progress continued on 1603 Claremont and the Ginter Park folks had a victory with Operation Squalor at the Redwood Apartments on Chamberlayne.
