This document includes sample requests for several different classes of documents, for demonstration purposes. Your request should include only one kind of documents. If you want several different classes of documents at the same time, things will be simpler if you send several separate requests. Then track each answer separately.
Before you send off the request, be sure to make sure that you have identified the records as explicitly as possible and that the records are not covered by one of the exclusions.
