to say that you are filing a request under the Act, or that you expect an
answer within five work days. And you don't have to call them
"public records." All you have to do is ask for the records.

- You know your rights under the Act
- You expect the City to fully honor your rights
So cover all the bases. Use the statutory term: "Public
records." Say what you are doing and recite your expectations.
