Complainants on Seminary feel things are better. Peter Duffy will track
other Buddy Allen properties. He will also double check any outstanding
search warrants on the property
3419 Chamberlayne Ave - The Redwood
On Sept 14, owner entered an "Alford" Plea, meaning he agrees there is
enough evidence to convict him, but he won't admit it. The fence is up. The
case goes back to court on Oct 14.
The Marquee
Arraingment was on Oct 7. The court date is Oct 26 at 9:30 in Judge
Spencer's court.

Trial Date is Oct 19. There are several code violations outstanding, and
all may be civil.
