During your remarks you indicated that citizens might bring to you matters they wish to bring to the City Manager’s attention. In that respect I reproduce below the letter I sent to Dr. Jamison on February 17, 1999 regarding the Building Commissioner’s abiding failure to perform his duties and the disrespect he twice showed to me an my neighbors.
