June 11: Seminary Ave. neighbor saw white male teen stealing toll money from his car. Police came but no one apprehended.
June 26: Neighbor at 1219 Westminister Ave. called to report evidence of a prowler in her alley and yard. Trash dumped and trash can stolen. Tarp over trailer in yard disturbed.
