RE: Abandoned Property behind MacArthur Apartments

Dear Mr. Henley:

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me when I called about this matter today.

As I told you on the telephone, the Bellevue Neighborhood Patrol last week reported the mattress, refrigerator, and other articles abandoned in the alley behind the MacArthur Apartments.

I know that you do not want your tenants to be responsible for junking up the neighborhood, and I assure you that your neighbors feel the same way. I would be grateful for any help you could provide to resolve this situation.
