RE: Property at 4000 Brook Road

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Parker:

The City’s property records show you as the owners of the property at 4000 Brook Road.

During the week of July 5, Team A of the Bellevue Security Patrol reported the declining condition of the property. The lawn is unkempt, and the house obviously is unoccupied. When this happened earlier in the year, we called the real estate agent whose sign was out front. That sign now is gone, so we turn to you.

I know you do not wish that your fine property become a blight upon the neighborhood, and I assure you that your neighbors feel the same way. I would be grateful if you would attend immediately to the condition of this property.
