Here we're across Hermitage Rd., near the Interstate, looking upstream toward the parking lot of the Scottish Rite Temple:

If we turn around, we see the small trib entering from the left (from the Fountain Lake) just at the head of the culvert under the Interstate

We think that pipe in the foreground is a water main.  In any event, the Creek then crosses under the Interstate.
