Here are the results of the December, 1996 speed survey conducted by the RPD.
This is thin on information. We can't tell where the officers were on Bellevue or Fauquier, or what were the criteria for ticketing, or what fraction of the traffic was speeding. We do learn that folks were driving as fast as 40-45 in these 25 mph zones.
