On September 30, Bill Presson was at still another rehab session, but Diana and Winnie
were feeling frisky.
Now, there is no telling what "frisky" means to you, but to our Captains, it
means a chance to drive the alleys of Bellevue. That journey led to the following
letter to Mr. Treger:

RE: Alleys in Bellevue
Dear Mr. Treger:
In light of the swift and effective action you have taken to deal with
trash problems in the Bellevue neighborhood, Winnie Cobb has asked me to pass along the
following list of problems in the alleys of the neighborhood. Winnie says this list is
incomplete in two respects: First, she has left out the trash piles, etc., she expects
will succumb to the neighborhood cleanup on October 17. Second, she has not had time to
get to all the alleys, but will do so once you have a chance to work into this list.
